| Abstract: | Methods for detecting zero-alleles on haploid endosperms of Norway spruce, Scotch pine, Silver fir growing in the natural population of East Europe and Siberia, are developed on the basis of electrophoretic analysis of 22-25 structural genes. Examples of zero-alleles resulting in the loss of gene product activity (zero-variant) of enzymes are given. |
