Abstract: | This paper describes the sol-gel method for obtaining TiO₂ nanotubes on a sublayer of ZnO nanorods. The ZnO nanorod layer was pre-formed by the hydrothermal method. Optimal regimes have been determined for the formation of TiO₂-ZnO structures. An extended surface nano-morphology study of the obtained materials has been carried out. |
