Уплыў наступстваў аварыі на Чарнобыльскай АЭС на ажыццяўленне дзяржаўнай экалагічнай палітыкі ў БССР (1986–1991 гг.): гістарыяграфія пытання

Abstract

Артыкул прысвечаны гістарыяграфіі пытання ўплыву чарнобыльскай катастрофы на ажыццяўленне дзяржаўнай экалагічнай палітыкі ў БССР у гады гарбачоўскай перабудовы. Падкрэсліваецца, што ў гістарыяграфіі савецкага і постсавецкага часу адсутнічаюць навуковыя працы па выключна даследуемай праблеме. Сцвярджаецца, што эфектыўнасць барацьбы з радыяцыйным бедствам на мяжы 1980–1990-х гг. вычэрпвалася працяглым утойваннем вынікаў аварыі, адсутнасцю досведу супрацьстаяння вынікам тэхнагеннай пагрозы і навуковых колаў, якія спецыялізаваліся на пытаннях радыяцыйнай бяспекі, радыяцыйнай медыцыны і радыебіялогіі. The article is devoted to the historiography of the issue of the impact of the Chernobyl disaster on the implementation of state environmental policy in the BSSR during the years of Gorbachev’s perestroika. It is emphasized that there are no scientific papers on the exclusively investigated problem in the historiography of the Soviet and post-Soviet times. It is argued that the effectiveness of combating the radiation disaster at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s was exhausted by the prolonged concealment of the results of the accident, the lack of experience in countering the results of man-made threats and scientific circles that specialized in radiation safety, radiation medicine and radiobiology.
