Abstract: Optimization of training loads is in many respects defined by biomechanical possibilities of a sportsman, including power efficiency of the organism, speed, and accuracy of reproduction of planned actions, etc. The kinematic and power analysis of competitive exercise «Overcoming 100 m obstacle course» with a force estimation in the Achilles tendon on various sites of a distance is carried out in the paper. The obtained data allow us to determine parameters of address training load, to predict a condition of tendons and muscles of the sportsman at performance of difficult-coordination actions and to provide traumatism preventive maintenance.
