Abstract

The development of modern communication facilities shows, that in the nearest future we will observe the universal and daily application of mobile communication. The market of a mobile radio communication has a prompt development the world over. Because of the fact that the mobile (cellular) communication develops by outstripping rates in comparison with development of other sectors of telecommunications, it is the first step of Belarusian transition to an information society. In social and economic aspects the level of development of mobile (cellular) communication services is considered to be the indicator of a society's well-being.
