Экспорт как индикатор инновационного развития региональной экономики

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются возможности наращивания экспорта региона на инновационной основе. Особое значение отводится уровню технологического развития региональной экономики. В соответствии с подходом Евростата и Организации экономического сотрудничества и развития (ОЭСР) систематизированы виды экономической деятельности, проанализирована динамика показателей экспорта высокотехнологичных товаров, определены позиции Республики Беларусь среди стран мира. На примере Гомельской области выявлены проблемы инновационного развития, препятствующие повышению вклада экспортной составляющей высокотехнологичных и наукоемких товаров и услуг в обеспечение роста, как региональной, так и национальной экономики. В сложных политико-экономических и эпидемических условиях направления инновационного развития предполагают совершенствование инновационной инфраструктуры региона, диверсификацию источников финансирования научных исследований и разработок, снижение экологической стоимости экономического роста на основе рационального и эффективного использования сырья и материалов, применения новых технологий. = Тhe article discusses the possibilities of increasing the region's exports on an innovative basis. Special importance is given to the level of technological development of the regional economy. In accordance with the approach of Eurostat and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the types of economic activities are systematized, the dynamics of export indicators of high-tech goods are analyzed, the positions of the Republic of Belarus among the countries of the world are determined. On the example of the Gomel region, the problems of innovative development that hinder the contribution of the export component of high-tech and knowledge-intensive goods and services to the growth of both the regional and national economy are identified. In difficult political, economic and epidemic conditions, the directions of innovative development involve the improvement of the innovative infrastructure of the region, the diversification of sources of funding for research and development, the reduction of the environmental cost of economic growth based on the rational and efficient use of raw materials and the use of new technologies.
