Оценка состояния и перспективы развития цифровой экономики в Республике Беларусь

Abstract

Актуальность исследования определяется необходимостью оценки состояния цифровой экономики Республики Беларусь на основе современной международной системы показателей развития цифровой экономики и движения к информационному обществу. С этой целью рассматриваются экосистема цифровой экономики и индикаторы ее развития, анализируются место Республики Беларусь в рейтингах оценки цифровой экономики, показатели развития сектора информационнокоммуникационных технологий и перспективы развития цифровой экономики Беларуси. = The relevance of the study is determined by the need to assess the state of the digital economy of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of the modern international system of indicators for the development of the digital economy and movement towards the information society. To this end, the ecosystem of the digital economy and the indicators of its development are considered, the place of the Republic of Belarus in the rankings of the digital economy, the indicators of the development of the information and communication technologies sector and the prospects for the development of the digital economy of Belarus are analyzed.
