| Abstract: | На основании действующего законодательство анализируются актуальные проблемы обеспечения экономической безопасности в Республике Беларусь, история становления органов в области обеспечения экономической безопасности как составной части национальной безопасности государства, вносятся предложения по принятию организационно-правовых мер, направленных на повышение состояния защищенности экономической системы. = Based on the current legislation, the current problems of ensuring economic security in the Republic of Belarus are analyzed, the history of the formation of bodies in the field of ensuring economic security as an integral part of the national security of the state, proposals are made for the adoption of organizational and legal measures aimed at increasing the state of security of the economic system.
