Духовное лидерство в социальном измерении

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию духовных моделей лидерства. Духовное лидерство понимается автором как изменение сознания последователей на основе ценностей и смыслов, которые, проходя через уникальный опыт лидера, способствуют социокультурному прогрессу и не связаны напрямую со сферой материального производства, а также политической властью. Сделан акцент на связи духовного лидерства и ценностных оснований общества. Основными духовными моделями лидерства названы лидерство в науке и образовании, культуре и искусстве, а также лидерство в сфере религии. Сделан вывод о том, что все модели духовного лидерства способствуют всестороннему социокультурному развитию, но не связаны напрямую с политической властью и материальным производством. Во всех духовных моделях лидерства лидерские цели находятся за пределами уровня чисто утилитарных интересов и материальной прибыли, в отличие от политических и экономических моделей данного феномена. = The article is devoted to the study of spiritual models of leadership. Spiritual leadership is understood by the author as a change in the consciousness of followers based on values and meanings, which, passing through the unique experience of a leader, contribute to sociocultural progress and are not directly related to the sphere of material production, as well as political power. Emphasis has been made on the connection between spiritual leadership and the value foundations of a society. The main spiritual models of leadership are leadership in science and education, culture and art, as well as leadership in the field of religion. It has been concluded that all models of spiritual leadership contribute to comprehensive sociocultural development, but are not directly related to political power and material production. In all spiritual models of leadership, leadership goals are beyond the level of purely utilitarian interests and material profit, in contrast to the political and economic models of this phenomenon.
