| Abstract: | This scientific work is devoted to the study of such an urgent problem of modern psychological science as emotional intelligence and its gender characteristics. The authors formulate the basic concept of emotional intelligence, consider the historical aspect of this ability of individuals, study the differences in this phenomenon of the human psyche in the gender area, and also analyze the research carried out in this area. |
