dc.description.abstractThe article presents the results of the research, on the basis of which there has been revealed a correlation between the main indicators reflecting the functional and physical fitness of highly qualified swimmers with the amount of training work performed in different intensity zones. The obtained data can contribute to the timely correction of the volume and intensity of training loads and, as a result, to the rational management of the process of sports training of highly qualified swimmers.ru
