| Abstract: | The article is devoted to the relevant problem of managing the training of highly qualified athletes in various sports based on the data of stage control. The complex of techniques used in the research laboratory of Olympic sports allows to obtain the necessary data and analyze the dynamics of changes in the leading functional systems of the body, ensuring the effectiveness of competitive activity of the athlete in the chosen sport, providing the possibility of rational correction of training loads and management of the process of sports training. |
