Abstract

Артыкул прысвечаны генезісу ва ўспрыманні беларусаў у XVI–XVII стст. вобраза Польшчы. Аўтар робіць выснову, што прадстаўнікі адукаванай часткі грамадства Вялікага Княства Літоўскага самаўхіліліся ад папулярызацыі ў беларускім асяроддзі пазітыўнага іміджу Польшчы, які існаваў у польскай шляхецкай культуры. Той жа вобраз, які пачаў фарміравацца ў аўтэнтычным беларускім асяроддзі, грунтаваўся на прадузятасці, выкліканай польскім дамінаваннем у Беларусі. = The article is devoted to the genesis of the image of Poland in the perception of Belarusians in the 16th–17th centuries. The author concludes that representatives of the educated part of the society of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania withdrew themselves from the popularization of the positive image of Poland in the Belarusian environment, which existed in the Polish gentry culture. The same image that began to form in the authentic Belarusian environment was based on the prejudice caused by the Polish predominance in Belarus.
