Лесные таксы: история и современное состояние

Abstract

Описана система оплаты за лес на корню и показана эволюция этого процесса. Выявлены основные недостатки современной оплаты за лес на корню в виде попенной платы. Предложено изменить систему установления платежей за древесину на рыночных принципах в зависимости от цены конечной продукции, чтобы она обеспечивала безубыточную работу лесного хозяйства. This paper centers on the system of payment for standing timber and its development. The study also helps to elucidate the principal shortcomings of the present system of payment for standing timber in the form of stumpage price. In order for forestry enterprises to work without any loss, the authors proposed that alterations should be introduced in the system of fixing payment for wood on the market principles depending on the price of the end product.
