Information waves of economic development and anthropogenic capital in the new economy

Abstract

The main directions of economic development under the conditions of Kondratiev’s new information wave have been studied. Based on the theoretical model of the development of the network structures of the global economy, determinative indicators of the formation of the information economy of Belarus have been determined, the experience of developed countries, including the sphere of education, science and technological development and the variability of the development of the economy are studied taking into account the use of anthropogenic factors. Исследованы основные направления развития экономики в условиях появления новой информационной волны Кондратьева, на основе теоретической модели развития сетевых структур глобальной экономики определены детерминирующие показатели формирования информационной экономики Беларуси, в преломлении опыта развитых стран, включая сферу образования, науки и технологического развития, исследуется вариативность развития экономики с учётом использования антропогенных факторов.
