Формирование координационных способностей детей дошкольного возраста средствами футбола

Abstract

Целью исследования являлась оценка влияния специальной программы футбольных тренировок на изменения двигательных способностей дошкольников. Методика. В экспериментальной программе занятий использовались упражнения на развитие координационных способностей с учётом специфики футбольных движений. Научная новизна результатов исследования определяется получением новых данных об эффективности применения упражнений из арсенала футбола для повышения координационных способностей детей дошкольного возраста. В результате проведённого исследования выявлены значительные изменения двигательных способностей при выполнении специальных упражнений футбольной направленности. The aim of the study was to evaluate the impact of the special football training program on changes in the motor abilities of preschoolers. Methodology. In the experimental program of classes, the exercises were used to develop the coordination abilities, taking into account the specifics of football movements. The scientific novelty of the results of the study is determined by the receipt of new data on the effectiveness of the use of exercises from the arsenal of football to improve the coordination abilities of preschool children. As a result of the study, the significant changes in motor abilities were revealed when performing special exercises of a football orientation.
