Management of social capital as a basis for the sustainable development of information infrastructure of Belarus

Abstract

The paper proposes a framework of research methodology of social capital, discusses various concepts of formation of social capital in relation to sustainable development of the country, the technique of the relationship of strong social capital of the Republic of Belarus and the formation of appropriate information infrastructure, including various communications lines, discusses the various components of social capital Belarus.
