Problems and prospects for the development of forms of direct democracy in Russia at the regional level

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state and prospects for the development of forms of direct democracy in Russia at the level of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The article not only identifies the problems that hinder the development of forms of direct democracy at the regional level, but also develops and substantiates a system of measures to resolve them, which will allow the further development of the institution of direct democracy in Russia at the level of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. = Настоящая статья посвящена анализу современного состояния и перспектив развития форм прямой демократии в России на уровне субъектов Российской Федерации. В статье не только выявлены проблемы, препятствующие развитию форм прямой демократии на региональном уровне, но и разработана и обоснована система мер по их решению, которая позволит обеспечить дальнейшее развитие института прямой демократии в России на уровне субъектов Российской Федерации.
