| Abstract: | The article analyzes the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on the use of assisted reproductive technologies. Based on the differences identified, proposals are made to improve the legislation of these states. In particular, a proposal on the need for the intended parents of a child born by a surrogate mother to be recognized as parents in the Russian Federation as is made. |
