Перспективы реализации концепции «Университет 3.0» в белорусской высшей школе

Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы и перспективы реализации концепции «Университет 3.0» в отечественной высшей школе. Показано, что в рамках пилотного проекта проводятся работы по воплощению концепции в образовательное пространство Беларуси. Концепция «Университет 3.0» в вузах республики осуществляется преимущественно по моделям развитых технологических стран, однако без учета сложившейся системы высшего образования в Беларуси. Существенным препятствием к реализации концепции является низкий уровень научно-исследовательской деятельности в рамках целевых программ инновационного развития. = The article considers the problems and prospects of the implementation of the University 3.0 concept in the higher education of Belarus. It is shown that within the framework of the pilot project, work is being carried out to implement the concept in the educational space of Belarus. The University 3.0 concept is implemented mainly according to the models of developed technological countries without taking into account the existing system of higher education in Belarus. The low level of research activities within innovative development programs constitutes a significant obstacle to the implementation of the concept at the universities of Belarus.
