К вопросу о гендерном равенстве девушек в IT-сфере

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме гендерного равенства в сфере информационных технологий и поиску путей преодоления дискриминации студенток и школьниц в IT-образовании. В работе исследуются вопросы разработки направлений расширения возможностей девочек-школьниц и девушек-студенток в IT-образовании с целью достижения развития гендерного равенства в практической деятельности, связанной с математикой и программированием. Рассматриваются механизмы преодоления существующих стереотипов в математической и программисткой среде, пути привлечения девушек-студенток к работе в сфере информационных технологий, девушек-школьниц к получению IT-образования. Описаны опыт работы в молодежной среде по развитию гендерного равенства и его результативность, предлагаются формы организации образовательных мероприятий по привлечению девушек в IT-сферу как среди школьников, так и в студенческой среде, что позволила достигнуть реальных изменений в планах девушек по определению своей будущей профессии, связанной с информационными технологиями. Тhe article is devoted to the problem of gender equality in the field of information technology and the search for ways to overcome discrimination of female students and Schoolgirls in IT-education. The paper explores the development of ways to expand the opportunities of school girls and female students in IT education in order to achieve the development of gender equality in practical activities related to mathematics and programming. The mechanisms of overcoming existing stereotypes in the mathematical and programming environment, ways to attract female students to work in the field of information technology, and female Schoolgirls to receive IT education are considered. The article describes the experience of working in the youth environment for the development of gender equality and its effectiveness, suggests forms of organizing educational events to attract girls to the IT sphere, both among schoolchildren and students, which made it possible to achieve real changes in the plans of girls to determine their future profession related to information technology.
