Закрепление принципа гендерного равенства в советских конституциях

Abstract

Начало имплементации принципа гендерного равенства в советский конституционный процесс было положено в 1918 г. принятием Конституции РСФСР. Закрепление гендерного равноправия в конституциях Советской Беларуси и других советских республик осуществлялось путем рецепции норм первоначально российской Конституции 1918 г., а затем союзных советских конституций. В статье сделан вывод о целесообразности использования советского опыта конституционного гарантирования равенства прав женщины и мужчины в ходе модернизации действующей Конституции Республики Беларусь. The implementation of the principle of gender equality in the Soviet constitutional process is considered. The beginning of the implementation of the principle of gender equality in the Soviet constitutional process was laid in 1918 by the adoption of the Constitution of the RSFSR. The consolidation of gender equality in the constitutions of the Soviet Belarus and other Soviet republics was carried out through the reception of the norms of the original Russian Constitution of 1918, and then the union Soviet constitutions. The author makes a conclusion on the expediency of using the Soviet experience of constitutional guaranteeing the equality of the rights of women and men during the modernization of the current Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
