Технологические аспекты производства тары и упаковки для пищевых продуктов

Abstract

Упаковочная индустрия является одной из самых «продвинутых» отраслей производства в плане придания своей продукции признаков искусственного интеллекта. Современные упаковочные материалы надежно защищают продукты и изделия от вредных факторов окружающей среды. Несмотря на многочисленные экологические проблемы, современные тенденции в совершенствовании упаковки для пищевых продуктов связаны с динамичным развитием ее дизайна, разработкой новых многофункциональных материалов, промышленного оборудования и технологий, позволяющих достойно и креативно представить продукт на продовольственном рынке. Цель работы — анализ современных тенденций в технологии изготовления тары и упаковки для пищевых продуктов. В статье представлены характеристики базовых и специфических методов изготовления полимерных упаковочных материалов, упаковок из бумаги, стекла и металла и приведены схемы технологических процессов и оборудования для их получения. Постоянное совершенствование промышленного оборудования и технологии производства позволяет изготавливать тару и упаковку с заданными эксплуатационными, потребительскими и экологическими свойствами. Перспективы развития упаковочной индустрии основаны на решении двух основных задач: создание и широкое использование биоразлагаемых упаковочных материалов на основе возобновляемых ресурсов и разработка доступных, дешевых и экологически чистых методов утилизации отходов упаковки. Поскольку утилизация пищевой упаковки является основной причиной загрязнения окружающей среды во всем мире, то решение первой из указанных задач приведет к резкому снижению затрат на решение проблем, обозначенных во втором комплексе задач. = The packaging industry is one of the most “advanced” industries in terms of giving its products signs of artificial intelligence. Despite numerous environmental problems, modern trends in improving food packaging are associated with the dynamic development of its design, the development of new multifunctional materials, industrial equipment and technologies that allow a decent and creative presentation of the product on the food market. The purpose of the work is to analyze current trends in the technology of manufacturing containers and packaging for food products. The article presents the characteristics of basic and specific methods of manufacturing polymer packaging materials, paper, glass, and metal packages and provides diagrams of technological processes and equipment for their production. Continuous improvement of industrial equipment and production technology allows us to produce containers and packaging with specified operational, consumer and environmental properties. The prospects for the development of the packaging industry are based on solving two main tasks: on the creation and widespread use of biodegradable packaging materials based on renewable resources and on the development of affordable, cheap, and environmentally friendly methods of recycling packaging waste. Since the disposal of food packaging is the main cause of environmental pollution worldwide, the solution of the first of these tasks will lead to a sharp reduction in the cost of solving the problems identified in the second set of tasks.
