Параметры развития основных двигательных качеств юных футболистов

Abstract

Целью исследования являлась оценка развития основных физических качеств юных футболистов 10-11 лет. Методика. В исследовании определялись уровни развития координационных способностей, проявлений стартовой реакции и развития быстроты. Научная новизна результатов исследования определяется получением новых данных об уровне проявления основополагающих физических качеств у юных футболистов групп начальной подготовки. В результате проведённого исследования выявлен характер распределения юных спортсменов по уровню развития основных физических качеств. = The aim of the study was to assess the development of the basic physical qualities of young football players aged 10-11 years. Methodology. The study determined the levels of development of coordination abilities, manifestations of the starting reaction and the development of speed. The scientific novelty of the results of the study is determined by obtaining new data on the level of manifestation of fundamental physical qualities in young football players of primary training groups. As a result of the study, the nature of the distribution of young athletes according to the level of development of basic physical qualities was revealed.
