Эмпирическая модель влияния самоэффективности личности на результативность спортивной деятельности

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме самоэффективности личности. Практическая значимость феномена, отсутствие общепризнанного концептуального понимания, фрагментарность в исследовании самоэффективности стали основанием для проведения эмпирического исследования влияния самоэффективности личности на результативность спортивной деятельности. В результате проведенного теоретического анализа создана концептуальная модель самоэффективности личности в спортивной деятельности. В рамках данной модели операционализировано понятие самоэффективности личности, ее структура, функции и механизмы. Проведена модификация и реадаптация тест-опросника самоэффективности М. Шерера – Дж. Маддукса (в адаптации А. В. Бояринцевой) с учетом специфики спортивной деятельности. На эмпирическом материале впервые доказано влияние самоэффективности личности на результативность спортивной деятельности посредством мотивации достижения и психических состояний спортсмена, построена эмпирическая модель влияния самоэффективности личности на результативность спортивной деятельности. Показано, что самоэффективность является надежным предиктором результативности спортивной деятельности в сочетании с мотивацией достижения и психическим состоянием спортсмена как механизмами ее функционирования. Определено, что обобщенная деятельностная самоэффективность – наиболее прогностически валидный критерий, оказывающий решающее влияние на повышение результативности спортивной деятельности. = The article is devoted to the problem of self-efficacy of the personality. The practical significance of the phenomenon, the lack of a generally recognized conceptual understanding, fragmentation in the study of selfefficacy became the basis for an empirical study of the influence of self-efficacy of the personality on the effectiveness of sports activities. Having taken note of that theoretical analysis, a conceptual model of self-efficacy of the personality in sports activities had been created. Within the framework of this model, the concept of selfefficacy of a personality, its structure, functions and mechanisms were operationalized. The self-efficacy test questionnaire by M. Scherer – J. Maddux (adapted by A. V. Boyarintseva) was modified and re-adapted taking into account the specifics of sports activities. On the basis of empirical material, the influence of self-efficacy of the personality on the effectiveness of sports activity was for the first time proved through achievement motivation and mental state of the athlete. Furthermore, the empirical model of the influence of self-effectiveness of a personality on the effectiveness of sports activities was built. It is shown that self-efficacy is a reliable predictor of the effectiveness of sports activities accompanied by achievement motivation and the mental state of the athlete, as the mechanisms of its functioning. It has been determined that the generalized activity self-efficacy is the most prognostically valid criterion that has a decisive impact on improving the effectiveness of sports activities.
