Abstract

У артыкуле на матэрыяле літаратурных і дыялектных фразеалагізмаў беларускай мовы, што часткова рэпрэзентуюць гастранамічны код культуры беларусаў, устанаўліваюцца асновы характарыстыкі чалавека адносна аднаго з аспектаў яго жыцця – ужывання ежы як дзеяння і яго прыкмет, вызначаецца каштоўнасны змест культуры, яе катэгорый і сэнсаў, выяўляецца ўзаемадзеянне мовы і культуры, вызначаецца ацэнка з перавагай у адмоўны бок. = In the article, based on the material of literary and dialectal phrases of the Belarusian language, which partially represent the gastronomic code of the culture of Belarusians, the basis for characterizing a person is established in relation to one of the aspects of his life that is the consumption of food as an action and its signs; the value content of culture, its categories and meanings are determined, the interaction of language and culture is revealed, the assessment is determined with a preference in the negative direction.
